Our vibrant and busy children's art studio is looking to hire an amazing individual to take pride in creating a magical, creative special day for each of our special birthday kids Our art based birthday parties are busier than ever, and we are looking for someone who is looking for a few additional hours each month, in a fun setting Perfect for a student in the education field (ECE, CEA etc), shifts include every Friday evening from 5:30-8:30pm, and 3-9hrs during weekends (parties run between 9:30am-5pm) fit perfectly into a student schedule, with opportunities for more hours in our after school program, evening workshops, day camps and more, if interested.

This position would be well suitable for someone who has had a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a professional setting with children, but is looking to gain more experience with a larger group. On the job training is provided to the outgoing, dynamic individual who joins our team, but some skills that would make it a great fit include:

- comfortability communicating with and directing a mixed group of adults and children
- ability to effectively communicate and engage with children of various ages
- strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- a love of creativity and of course of children

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
