Bdc / Lot Coordinator

We are looking to add a BDC / Lot Coordinator to our growing team. You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

- Assist the Service Coordinator with business development tasks
- Assist the Internal Service Coordinator with transporting vehicles to outside sublets and vendors
- Manage the shuttle list and book customers in for appropriate service appointments
- Manage the gas list and prep vehicles for gas
- Assist with new vehicle dop offs and check them in while looking over any damage
- Move vehicles to the proper lots
- Manage the Waterloo Honda lot and ensure it is presentable to customers
- Update stock and test drive sheets and keep in constant communication with our management team
- Assist with ensuring our entrance and walkways are clean and presentable
- Work with the technicians and assist with moving tires during tire season
- Other responsibilities as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
