Snow Tech is currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator for sites in south Kitchener.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate snow plow to remove snow from parking lots at 2 cm
- Operate newer model 2021 CASE Loader 621G
- Grease and fuel equipment
- Manage a large one-property site
- Oversee and work as a team with sidewalk crew (ie. pushing away there larger piles, coordinating plow efforts)

**Experience and Education**:
Experience operating full-size farm tractors or heavy equipment (skidsteer/loader). Minimum 5 years of general experience. Snow plowing experience is preferred.

**Pay**:
$40/hour + $300/month retention bonus pd monthly for 5 months

**Hours**:
Typical hours are from 10 pm - 5 am. Depending on storms, overnight weekend or daytime weekend plowing is also available for operators available for those shifts. Extra hours are available for operators wanted to remove snow (ie. blowing snow, hauling snow off site, stacking snow piles)

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
