**Job Summary**:
Provide customer service by accepting and processing customer’s transactions in LBC branches for money remittance, courier products, sea/air cargo shipments from the origin to the Philippines.

**Job Specification**:
**Education**:
At least a vocational graduate or 2 years college level; Preferably a graduate of any four-year course.

**Working Experience**:

- Fresh graduate; Preferably with experience in a related field (logistics industry)

**Competencies/Skills**:

- Ability to achieve sales quotas
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Knowledgeable in documentation and writing reports
- _**Preferably can speak and understand the Filipino/ Tagalog language**_

**Working Conditions**
- Basic branch setting
- Willing to be relocated and assigned in different areas as the need arises
- Total of 40 working hours per workweek
- Willing to extend and render overtime due to operational requirements
