**Job Description**:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Analyst, Print Curation & Merchandising, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of cross-department print curation and merchandising programs. Utilizing strategic analytics, this role will lead the planning and improvement of print storytelling processes, providing performance insights, and analytical direction to drive net sales, unit sales, net margin, and market share growth.
- Responsible for the functional planning, execution, and assessment of storytelling programs, including period and weekly stories
- Manage the print calendar, ensure print curation and merchandising events are in-sync with corporate calendar and print merchant needs
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve program execution, calendar, and processes to drive efficiency and profitability
- Analyze data and provide insights that guide merchandising and improve productivity and profitability of programs across all channels
- Support Manager, Print Curation & Merchandising with curation of select programs and features
- Create tailored reporting to meet needs of programs and cross functional teams
- Coordinate asset collection from external vendors and internal business partners for print and studio requirements
- Support bestseller weekly promotions and planning, including coordinating promotions process with IT support to improve the planning process
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo’s customers
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them
- Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions, quickly and easily

**Qualifications**:
WHO YOU ARE:

- University degree, in business or related field
- 2-3 years of analytical experience with emphasis on finance, strategy, customer insights, or category business performance (ideally in a retail environment)
- Ability to interpret and action customer behavior and buying trends
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Communicates a compelling and inspiring vision and sense of core purpose
- Demonstrated decision making skills and ability to influence change within an organization
- Ability to learn and adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Comfortable handling risk and uncertainty
- Strong and creative problem-solving skills with a desire for continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
