**About Us**:
At Tim Hortons, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products and exceptional experiences to our customers. Our Supply Chain team plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of our products across our network of restaurants, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join us as an Analyst, Supply Planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage supply planning and project execution for Tim Hortons promotions, transitions, and new product launches across different categories.
- Define and manage supply chain execution timelines to ensure national promotions, regional tests and transitions and delivered on time in full.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal cross functional teams to create supply strategies for regional tests and national promotions.
- Collaborate with distribution and customer service teams to create inbound product flow from vendors to DCs and first shipments to restaurants for new products and transitions.
- Supply contingency planning and fast execution turnaround during supply disruptions.
- Coach a high performing team of analysts. Assess performance and mentor individual team members.
- Accountable for promotional service metrics while keeping freight and obsolete costs below budget.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in supply planning, demand planning or procurement in CPG or QSR businesses with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Experience coaching and developing a high performing team.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business or supply chain.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel. SAP and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance, prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
