Halifax, Canada MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects Limited Full time

MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects is seeking a BIM Revit Manager to lead a team of BIM Modelers and Coordinators in the creation, management, and maintenance of Revit models for various projects. In this role, the BIM Revit Manager will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that the Revit models accurately represent the design intent and meet project requirements.

The BIM Revit Manager will be responsible for establishing project standards and guidelines for the team and training team members on Revit best practices. The BIM Revit Manager will also oversee the quality control process for Revit models, including conducting regular model audits and ensuring that all models are up to date and accurate.

In addition to managing the BIM team, the BIM Revit Manager will be tasked with maintaining and improving the company's BIM processes and procedures. This will involve staying up-to-date with new Revit features and technology, and implementing new tools and techniques as necessary.

Ultimately, the BIM Revit Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects' projects by delivering high-quality Revit models and effective BIM management.
- 5+ years of experience working with Revit
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of BIM professionals
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other BIM software is a plus
- A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
