En tant que spécialiste en acquisition de talents, vous serez responsable de soutenir la croissance des besoins en talents de Vacances Air Canada en créant un pipeline solide pour les besoins d’embauche actuels et futurs de notre société. De plus, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de spécialistes en sourcing pour engager les meilleurs talents et jouer un rôle clé dans la construction de la marque de l’employeur par le biais de divers canaux numériques et d’événements de recrutement.

**Principales responsabilités**

Responsable des efforts de recrutement du cycle complet pour divers postes au sein de l'organisation;
Identifier les opportunités de promotion de la marque employeur et constituer un pipeline de opportunités futures;
Travailler avec le responsable du recrutement pour faciliter un processus d'intégration sans heurts pour les nouveaux employés;
Cultiver des relations avec des agences externes, des établissements d’enseignement, des organisations professionnelles, afin de créer un partenariat propice au recrutement;
Restez au courant des tendances et des techniques de recrutement innovantes pour être compétitif et créatif avec les pratiques de recrutement;
Rechercher continuellement des moyens créatifs d'améliorer l'expérience des employés et la culture d'entreprise;
Excellente connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de ressources humaines dans les domaines du recrutement, de la gestion du rendement, de la discipline et des relations de travail;
Effectuer d'autres tâches ou tâches assignées par le superviseur immédiat.

**Compétences requises**:
Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, ressources humaines ou dans des domaines connexes;
Au moins trois années d’expérience en recrutement dans un cycle complet;
Fortes compétences en sourcing sur les réseaux sociaux
Solides compétences en Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint;
Solides compétences en communication, influence et collaboration, à tous les niveaux, dans toute l'organisation;
Grande capacité d’écoute, d’analyse et de formulation de recommandations à la direction;
Esprit d'initiative, sens de l'urgence, sens de l'organisation et sens du détail;
Professionnalisme, intégrité et discrétion;
Entièrement bilingue, à l'oral et à l'écrit, en anglais et en français;

Montreal or Toronto based

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of Air Canada Vacations talent needs by building a sound pipeline for our company’s current and future hiring needs. Furthermore, you will be working closely with our team of sourcing specialists to engage top talent and be a key player in building the employer’s brand through various digital channels and recruiting events.

**Main Responsibilities**

In charge of full-cycle recruiting efforts for various positions across the organization;
Identify opportunities to promote the employer brand and build a pipeline for future opportunities;
Work with the hiring manager to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees;
Cultivate relationships with external agencies, educational institutions, professional organizations, to create a partnership that yields recruitment success;
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive and creative with recruiting practices;
Continuously look to for creative ways to improve the employee experience and corporate culture;
Excellent knowledge of best Human Resources practices in the areas of recruitment, performance management, and discipline, and employee relations;
Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

**Required skills**:
University Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
A minimum of 3 years’ of full cycle recruiting experience;
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other social sourcing tools (i.e LinkedIn);
Strong skills in social media sourcing
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills, at all levels, across the organization;
Strong ability to listen, analyze and make recommendations to upper management;
Initiative, sense of urgency, good organization skills, and attention to detail;
Professionalism, integrity, and discretion;
Fully bilingual, both oral and written in English and French
