**About the Role**:
Position Title**:Civil Estimator/ Project Coordinator**

The purpose of the **Civil Estimator/Coordinator** role is to provide support to the Senior Project Staff with take offs and estimation of civil projects.

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Project Management Team, your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Read, interpret and understand tender drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical assistance to the Project Managers, including analysis of tender drawings and preparation of quantity take-offs.
- Identify costs involved in projects, and solicitation of sub-trade pricing for tenders both in person and on the phone, with follow-up analysis of sub-trade quotes.
- Review, along with the assistance of the Project Managers, updated design drawings and specifications for variances in project budgeting.
- Review shop drawings submissions to ensure conformance to project specifications and Subcontractor's scope.
- Distribute updated design drawings and specifications to subcontractors, as they pertain to their trade.
- Site visits as required

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the construction estimation industry is required
- Demonstrated history of successful bid results in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in using MS Office and AutoCAD
- General project management skills (i.e. Budgeting and scheduling)
- Strong computer skills (i.e. spreadsheet, project scheduling software, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
