Le service des S&TI procure à l’entreprise le matériel, les logiciels, les systèmes d’infrastructure et les outils technologiques qui rendent possible et améliorent son rendement. L’équipe Soutien aux établissements veille à ce que les outils et les solutions mises en œuvre soient accessibles aux utilisateurs et fonctionnent comme prévu. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un ou d’une analyste TI, Soutien aux établissements qui fournira aux utilisateurs de Sept-Îles, de Montréal et de Labrador City une assistance de premier et de deuxième niveau concernant leurs systèmes et leur équipement de travail, localement et à distance, conformément aux niveaux de service convenus. Cette personne devra aussi être proactive dans l’amélioration de la prestation des services et des processus. Le ou la titulaire du poste exercera ses fonctions à Sept-Îles, au Québec, ou à Labrador City, à Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.

Relevant du **Surintendant des TI, Hébergement et Centre d’assistance**, vous exécuterez les tâches suivantes:

- Installer, remplacer et récupérer le matériel informatique, les logiciels, les imprimantes et l’équipement périphérique.
- Fournir encadrement et expertise technique aux utilisateurs.
- Définir et analyser les demandes de soutien, effectuer les recherches appropriées, résoudre les problèmes et rediriger les questions vers le niveau de soutien et de compétences approprié, au besoin.
- Gérer l’inventaire des biens, mettre à jour des renseignements sur les biens, préparer le matériel désuet pour le donner ou s’en départir, effectuer les réclamations de remboursement ou le remplacement des pièces endommagées sous garantie par les fournisseurs, assurer le développement et le maintien de normes 5S pour le dépôt des TI et les espaces de travail.
- Participer à la rotation du personnel sur appel après les heures de travail pour offrir du soutien aux utilisateurs sur place ou à distance, au besoin (en dehors des heures d’ouverture normales).

**Votre contribution**
- Études postsecondaires - diplôme dans un domaine technologique
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- 5 ans ou plus d’expérience progressive dans un rôle de soutien TI aux établissements
- Compétences d’expert en analyse, en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage informatique (ordinateurs de bureau, ordinateurs portables, etc.)
- Expérience de Microsoft Windows 10 dans un environnement d’entreprise exigée
- Connaissance des concepts de réseaux IP et Wi-Fi ainsi que des technologies d’accès à distance
- Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication orale et écrite
- Expérience antérieure dans un environnement industriel, un atout
- Permis de conduire valide
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’écrit comme à l’oral). Rio Tinto est une société mondiale; les responsabilités associées à ce poste exigent une collaboration quotidienne avec des collègues, des équipes et des partenaires de l’extérieur du Québec.
