**About the Role**

This position works collaboratively with the Bullying and Harassment Central Hub, Human Rights Office and Responsible Offices to develop and deliver conflict resolution programs, projects, and proactive education and training activities, including the creation of tools and resources to build a respectful workplace culture where conflict is managed in a responsible, timely and culturally sensitive way. Works collaboratively with university stakeholders including the Bullying & Harassment Central Hub, Human Rights Office, the Responsible Offices, and the Equity Office to develop preventative education and taking steps to restore a respectful working and learning environment during and after an investigation.
