**Description du poste**
À Investissements RPC, nous sommes à la recherche d’un conseiller/leader chevronné et possédant une expérience pratique pour aider nos équipes à assurer le maintien et l’évolution de l’approche axée sur les produits et des pratiques Agile. Relevant du directeur, bureau Stratégie et exploitation, Technologie et opérations, le leader de la transformation Agile guide et soutien nos équipes de produit et parties prenantes dans le développement de produits et des capacités agiles à l’échelle de l’organisation. Le leader de la transformation Agile jouera un rôle clé dans la stratégie à long terme à l’échelle de l’entreprise. Il aidera nos équipes à offrir les meilleurs produits et la meilleure valeur de façon plus rapide et plus efficace. Le leader de la transformation Agile, bureau Stratégie et exploitation est responsable de ce qui suit:

- Offrir un soutien continu et des conseils aux équipes de produits, les aider à soutenir la transformation Agile et à faire évoluer leurs pratiques Agile et leur état d’esprit à l’égard des produits, tout en faisant preuve de la souplesse nécessaire pour apporter des ajustements afin de répondre aux différents besoins des équipes.
- Soutenir la transformation Agile et défendre les principes de la méthode Agile, l’amélioration continue et la création de valeur à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
- Définir et mesurer l’évolution agile afin de favoriser l’amélioration continue des pratiques Agile et la création de valeur par l’adoption des pratiques exemplaires du secteur.
- Conseiller les équipes dans l’élaboration de la planification et de la feuille de route à long terme des produits et la priorisation du carnet de produits afin d’assurer un carnet sain et conforme aux objectifs organisationnels.
- Collaborer avec les équipes et les parties prenantes pour définir des objectifs clairs et des résultats clés afin de générer de la valeur.
- Établir des mesures appropriées pour évaluer et suivre les progrès des équipes dans l’adoption de la méthode Agile au moyen de divers outils comme les sondages, l’analyse des données, les entrevues, etc.
- Promouvoir l’utilisation des pratiques et des outils de développement et d’exploitation pour améliorer la prestation des logiciels.
- Définir des lignes directrices pour aligner les équipes sur les pratiques Agile, y compris les pratiques exemplaires en matière d’outils (Jira, Jira Align, etc.).
- Concevoir et offrir une formation pertinente pour former les équipes et les dirigeants sur l’état d’esprit, les principes et les pratiques Agile afin d’améliorer l’exécution et l’innovation
