**About Us**:
Hammond Paper is a rapidly growing 25 person paperboard distribution and converting company located in Vaughan Ontario. We sell cut-to-size cardboard sheets and custom made protective packaging to businesses in Ontario, Quebec and the northeastern United States.

Our mission is to enable our clients to be successful, always meeting or exceeding their expectations, providing them with exceptional service and the right product at the right price, when they need it.

**Your key responsibilities**:
We are currently searching for a Finance and Operations Associate to work closely with our President (David Campbell), taking on various tasks across all areas of the company: accounting entries, invoicing, financial reporting, order processing and some human resources and marketing activities.

**To qualify for this role you must have**:

- Basic understanding of accounting
- Strong basic math and computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good attitude and willing to learn and work as part of a team
- Attendance in the office 4-5 days/week in Vaughan, Ont.

**Ideally you will also have**:

- Entrepreneurial experience, or an interest in entrepreneurship
- Interest in emerging technologies

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
