The Production Assistant provides data entry support for production and receiving.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Production Data entry
- Prepare and sort source documents, and identify and interpret data to be entered
- Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enter necessary codes
- Compare data entered with source documents and make necessary corrections to information entered
- Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered Keep track of received data and source documents Respond to inquiries regarding entered data

Receiving
- Create shipping labels and labels for bundles
- Complete paperwork to transfer finished goods to warehouse
- Administrative Support

**Essential Skills / Experience**:

- 3 -5 years experience in an administrative role
- Familiar with manufacturing environments
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

**Competencies**:

- Enjoys working with a close-knit team and in a fast-paced environment. Conscientious, and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
