**Overview**
This is a seasonal position in a fast-paced, private ski club environment. The Kitchen Supervisor will be a highly motivated and experienced leader with a strong passion for food preparation and delivery. They will display the highest level of commitment to the Member and guest experience, as well as employee relations. With the Food & Beverage Manager, the Kitchen Supervisor will develop and supervise a team focused on exceeding our Members’ expectations in all areas of the food experience. Weekend work is required.

**Duties**
- Assume Lead Cook duties at your assigned lodge, including performance management of the kitchen team at your designated lodge.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with menu design & planning.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager and work with Club committees to execute events.
- Continuously provide high-quality food service to the Members and their guests in day-to-day dining, events and private functions.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with recruiting and building an effective kitchen team.
- Ensure that the training of the kitchen team is consistently completed with the input of each team member and updated regularly to always obtain and maintain superior service levels.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the ordering of all applicable inventories and show fiscal responsibility.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with off-season events.
- Adhere to all Club policies and procedures as they relate to health & safety, and sanitation.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within a kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Experience with food handling and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
