**WHO WE ARE HIRING FOR**
We are opening a Toronto Pop-Up Store and Experiential Brand Space. This pop-up will be open for three months from December 2023 - February 2024. To support retail operations, ongoing activations and events, and other Toronto marketing needs, we are hiring for a Store Manager. This is a three-month contract with potential to stay on full time, as our sister company, House Concepts, is opening two gym locations in Toronto in 2024, and both locations will include HOUSE iD retail and experiential spaces.
**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES**
- Drive sales of House iD in-store and in the Toronto Market in general
- Look for opportunities to promote the brand
- Be a brand ambassador and create a store team culture that aligns with the HOUSE iD brand
- Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
- Oversee visual merchandising, general store organization, cleanliness and more
- Establish excellent knowledge of products and Shopify POS processes to support brand goals, communicate product information to customers, and sell clothes
- Train the in-store team and manage all in-store customer experiences
- Monitor and report on KPI’s and leverage KPI’s to make key business decisions
- Manage inventory and coordinate re-stocks, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data
- Develop sales techniques that are relevant to the market
- Develop programming plan, including shopping/sales events, co-branded events, etc.
- Execute on-the-ground marketing tasks to support the store and programming
- Identify opportunities for collaboration to grow our network and database
- Lead the organization and execution of daily activations in store (workout classes + other activations)
**QUALIFICATIONS / MUST HAVES**
- Retail, sales, hospitality, or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Independent work ethic, time management skills and personal accountability
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Shopify knowledge is a plus
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
