**Position: Technical Service Operations Manager**

**Location: Head Office - Barrie, Ontario**

**Position Overview**
This position is responsible for the Senior Leadership functions for Technical Support, Warranty, Customer Service and Technical Training for all product lines imported and distributed within Canada (Motorcycle/Marine/ATV)

**Nature & Scope**
- Develop and oversee the Technical Support Direct all SCI field service staff to effectively communicate and implement SCI policies and
- enhance procedures for field staff to support the dealer body as well as consumers
- Oversee and maintain adequate technical support for the Dealer network through

technical after sales support including repair assistance, bulletin development, and fieldsupport
- Set strategic initiatives to assist the Dealers’ Service Operations grow and develop their

Parts & Service business while increasing the presence and sales of Suzuki Genuine Partsand Accessoriesto improve the overall service sales and customer satisfactionsupport for specific issues to the manufacturercustomer service level.staff, Suzuki Owners, Suzuki business affiliates and SCI internal associates.**Experience, Competencies and Skills**
- Support the dealership network and play a leadership role in developing and training staff
- Continually strive to monitor warranty claims and costs and forward analysis and technical
- Oversee the warranty departments
- Involvement in escalating customer relations cases which cannot be resolved at the
- Investigates customer claims as required, providing technical advise based on experience
- Extensive verbal and written communications with dealer management, dealer support
- Graduate of a technical or business program from a recognized post-secondary institution
- an asset.
- Strong command of the English language is required as are superior oral and written

communication skills.
- Minimum 10 years Auto/Motorcycle/ATV/Outboard or related Industry experience.
- Analytical, Organized, Accurate
- Demonstrated experience managing technical and customer service employees

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
