The Sarnia location is the headquarters for ARLANXEO Canada Inc. with a Global Research & Development Centre for Butyl Rubber located in London, Ontario. Focused on the production of synthetic rubber, the Sarnia facility is a major supplier to both domestic and international markets and employs over 300 employees.
ARLANXEO’s TSR products are used primarily in the tire and automotive industries but are also found in a wide variety of industrial and consumer markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Forecasting**
Responsible for assisting in preparing initial operational budget and monthly forecast of assigned projects
Prepare project cash flows for individual projects and overall portfolio, responsible to inform CAPEX manager of project identified to have high risks
Review customer and sub-contract agreements
**Reporting**
Monthly comparison of actuals to forecast including commentary on identified variances and identification of risks and opportunities on assigned projects
Responsible for preparing monthly project overview reports with individual project engineers
**Administration**
Support Project Mangers in performance of financial maintenance on projects to ensure contracts are fully invoiced in accordance with agreed upon cash flow
Responsible for maintaining CAPEX workflow process, for laying out WBS structure for projects
Manage clerical resources
**Planning**
Responsicle for preparting annual MIP plan
**Work Process Facilitation (WPF) and RCA**
Lead WFP facilitator both internal and external of CAPEX department
Responsible for providing Cause Map RCA facilitation and training session to employees
**Education/Experience**
Post-Secondary Diploma in Engineering or Business required; MBA an asset
Minimum of 5 years experience in petrochemical, industry/manufacturing setting
Strong computer skills including SAP, Office365
Incumbent must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated analytical skills
Proven ability to handle stress
