**Que ferez-vous dans ce rôle?**

Le rôle de l’opérateur de la pièce de remplissage consiste à emballer et à préparer l’expédition des produits approuvés par le client. Cela inclut la configuration, le fonctionnement et le nettoyage des remplisseuses et de l'équipement d'emballage. Les opérateurs de la pièce de remplissage doivent constamment satisfaire les exigences de production, ainsi que garantir que les normes de qualité et de sécurité sont maintenues.
- Préparer les commandes des clients, y compris le mélange du lot initial, faire les ajustements de teinte, remplir et étiqueter les lots.
- Travailler avec notre exploitant d’entrepôt pour stocker les commandes, consulter les commandes des clients et aider à l’expédition.
- S’assurer que les attentes des clients en matière de qualité et de service sont comblées.
- Fournir des informations concernant les niveaux d’inventaires dans l'entrepôt/magasin.
- Suivre toutes les pratiques de sécurité indiquées.
- Suivre les procédures d'exploitation normalisées (SOP).
- Suivre les procédures sur la manutention des matières dangereuses.
- Autres tâches attribuées.

- Être autorisé à travailler légalement dans le pays d’emploi
- Ne pas exiger de parrainage pour travailler actuellement ou à l’avenir
- Pouvoir retirer du matériel des étagères et soulever et porter jusqu’à 22,7 kg (50 lb) et parfois jusqu’à 45,4 kg (100 lb) avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable
- Pouvoir distinguer une ou plusieurs couleurs chromatiques avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable
- Pouvoir tolérer les odeurs de peinture non toxiques et porter un respirateur, au besoin, avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable
- L’entreprise dispense une formation sur l’utilisation de machines telles que les chariots de manutention, les transpalettes et les chariots élévateurs. Une fois formé, doit pouvoir utiliser cet équipement en toute sécurité avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable
