**Responsibilities**:
**Cost Price (50% of task)**:

- Calculating costing:

- Calculate the future cost of each item (raw material, distribution items and manufactures products) according to specific business rules ;
- Analyze cost variation gaps and identify possible solutions.
- Develop price lists and determine special prices:

- Evaluate new prices according to specific business rules ;
- Analyze special prices according to requested scales ;
- Modify and update business rules following directives from the sales department.
- Profitability analysis:

- Contribute to improving and producing different KPIs and different analyzes in order to guide business decisions ;
- Prepare technical requirements during process changes involving the IT department.

**Accounting analysis(40% of task)**:

- Perform sales’ analysis ;
- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analyses, at all levels of net profit (revenue, direct costs and indirect costs) in comparison with the budget and previous periods/years
- Updating and analyzing certain balance sheet accounts..

**Optimization / Automation (10% of task)**:

- Development of new financial reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Great attention to details ;
- Interest and great skills with data management systems ;
- Good analytical skills ;
- Proactivity, speed of execution and ability to see the big picture ;
- Capacity to manage many projects at the same time;
- BAC in business administration or relevant combination DEC and relevant experience
- More than 5 years experience.

**Skills**:

- Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Business Central) an asset ;
- Microsoft Excel (advanced) with mastery of Power Query and Power BI ;
- Basic programming VBA and SQL a asset ;
- Experience manufacturing environment and Costing;
- Knowledge of the accounting cycle.
