JOIN THE STORY

We are looking for a Consolidation Manager to join our team in the finance department. Under the leadership of the Director of Finance, the analyst will play a key role in analyzing the company's financial performance, thereby contributing to strategic decision-making. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the management team and be responsible for creating financial reports, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic recommendations to improve profitability.

POSITION PROFILE

Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements.

Prepare various financial reports for shareholders and bankers.

Analyze and support balance sheet accounts.

Participate in the tracking/accounting of the transfer pricing policy.

Prepare cash flow forecasts for effective management.

Review and implement internal controls.

Participate in the preparation of the annual audit file.

Participate in the preparation of tax returns, Canada/United States.

Contribute to the annual budgeting process.

Supervise an accounting technician.

Improve current processes and participate in the implementation of new processes.

Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIRED PROFILE

CPA professional designation.

Experience in an accounting firm and/or 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience with SAP in FI and CO modules.

Experience with Tagetik or other consolidation software.

Bilingualism in French and English, as the position requires communication with our American factory.

Proficiency in the month-end closing process.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

Proficiency in the Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical and synthesis skills, business acumen.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to adapt to an environment that is constantly and rapidly evolving.

Experience in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.
