**Overview**

Harvest Medicine is a state-of-the-art medical cannabis assessment and education. Patient Intake staff are the first point of contact for the patient visit. Responsible for taking a thorough patient history. Looking at current medications, noting contraindications and charting accurate and detailed patient notes into the electronic patient file in Input Health. Work closely with our physicians and education staff to enhance patient care and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

Knowledge of medical intake and patient care, including but not limited to:

- Contraindications with Medical Cannabis
- Symptom management
- Strong computer skills as our office is as paperless as possible
- Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to take on challenges and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and maintain high levels of professionalism
- Assist management with planning and/or regulatory compliance

**Key Objectives**

Goal Requirements:

- Ensuring timely patient intake procedures
- Completion of on-line training modules as indicated by your clinic co-ordinator
- Demonstration of company culture through positive communications and a proactive approach to patient care and clinic relationships

**Qualifications and Skills**

Academic/Educational Requirements
- Medical graduate, local or international
- Dedicated to an excellent patient experience
- Experience with clinical software and competency with Windows OS
- Team players with a passion
- A hardworking multi-tasker, who is resourceful and a problem solver
- An excellent communicator with both clients and team members
- Experience within the medical cannabis field is preferred but not required
- Must speak and write fluent English

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
