**Unit/Project Description**:
Student Accessibility Services (SAS) is part of the Student Affairs portfolio. SAS provides individualized services to students with disabilities with an integrated support structure, including the facilitation of academic accommodations, programming, and support services. SAS works closely with faculty and other stakeholders within the University.

**Job Summary**:
Create individual student test/exam packages for tests administered through the Student Accessibility Services - Tim Nolan Testing Centre. This role requires attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills to meet the high volume of printing and test/exam packages coordination.
This role will be liaising with Faculty and academic program contacts to obtain exams and related materials; liaising with instructors, departments, and Registrars Exam Office to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or obtain missing data in received test and examination scripts. Gather information for daily test/examination packages for invigilators; track and monitor the distribution and return of examinations. Support instructors to implement test and exam accommodations on learning management systems (LMS). Coordinate and ensure alternate test formats are provided and included in test packages.
**Purpose and Key Functions**:

- Manage test/exam submissions with instructors and liaisons to rapidly address issues with test/exam electronic copy, in-person delivery, memory aid submission, access passwords, or if test/exams are not received in a timely manner.
- Assemble student test packages for tests/exams administered in the Student Accessibility Services Tim Nolan Testing Centre by printing package cover page, test and/or exam copy for students based on instructor specifications and ensuring completeness of test package (packing) including memory aid, alternate format, etc.
- Review the format and duration of test/examinations to ensure that they conform to established University standards and accommodation requirements.
- Liaising with contacts to obtain exams and related materials; liaising with instructors, departments, and the Office of the Registrar - Examinations Office to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or obtain missing data in received test and examination scripts.
- Prioritize and estimate resource needs to complete printing and packaging for the testing Centre.
- Provide support to instructors to implement test/exam accommodations on learning management systems (LMS).
- Review the quality of all materials produced and the accuracy of quantities needed in a high-paced, rapid turnaround environment.
- Ensure quality copies are produced for all jobs.
- Order equipment and supplies and maintain inventory required to facilitate and maximize print operations.
- Monitor course test/exam submissions and any last-minute changes to test copies uploaded to ensure accurate copy is printed for student test packages.
- Download and convert test/exam copies to meet the student’s needs (i.e., Microsoft Word document to PDF).
- Individually pack and quality check test/exam packages along with other test/exam material needed as per student accommodation specifications.
- Ensure Crowdmark tests are printed in accordance with specifications and marked on the test package.
- Coordinates with Assistive Learning Strategist to receive test copies in alternate formats specific to students’ accommodations such as math type, large font, etc.
- Sort and file tests/exams in order of date/time and room.
- Prepare daily sheets for student check-in for floaters and prepare daily sheets with specifications and special instructions for invigilators per room. Ensure counts match for reconciliation and completeness of test packages for the day with the testing schedule.
- Check final exam packages received for the Office of the Registrar administered exams for completeness and accuracy, match against daily sheets, and organize and deliver for testing.
- Ensure the safekeeping and confidentiality of all tests and examinations.
- Provide training to new staff on the test printing and packing process.
- Ensure that only appropriate students can access the test/exam copy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment to ensure the test quality of printed materials and optimize material usage.
- Monitor and replenish supplies.
- Troubleshoot, communicate, and escalate issues where appropriate with instructors, SAS, and MacPherson Institute staff to resolve any test/exam setup issues.
- Handle sensitive information appropriately and in line with all University privacy and academic integrity policies.
