In this role as Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our architectural projects across our many sectors, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects
- Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development
- Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
- Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
- Work with Strategic Project Delivery Manager, Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and lead Project Architect for project reviews and with company management as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
- PMP certification
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum 2 years project management
- Registered Architect
- Must be able to lead a team on projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Good planning and mentoring skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) The pay range for Vancouver, BC is: $97,000 - $138,000
