About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage architectural projects across various sectors, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Coordinate the work of professional staff, balancing team efforts throughout the project's development.
  • Establish client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Review projects with governing agencies for compliance.
  • Conduct design development and contract document work sessions with other staff.
  • Coordinate workload and ensure timely completion of documents.
  • Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to meet agreed-upon schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams and company management as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 7 years of related experience, with a minimum of 2 years in project management.
  • Registered Architect.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Good planning and mentoring skills.

Our expected compensation range for this position is $97,000 - $138,000, depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
