**Job Title: Bookkeeper Data Entry Assistant (QuickBooks Online)**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Accurately enter financial transactions into QuickBooks Online, ensuring completeness and precision.
- Maintain organized and systematic records of financial activities, receipts, and invoices.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.

- **Payroll Assistance**:

- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate recording of payroll transactions.
- Reconcile payroll data and assist in payroll-related tasks as needed.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation to support financial transactions and audit requirements.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and accountant for month end reports and year end report
- communication with our vendors/suppliers and business partners in a effective and polite manner to carry out the financial correspondence with the appropriate details

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Data Entry Assistant, with a strong focus on **QuickBooks Online.**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using **QuickBooks Online** for data entry and financial reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Hours of Operation:

- Part - time hours (10am to 3pm) or (9am to 2pm)
- Monday to Friday
- In -person (on site)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
