Head Coach

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic Studio Manager and Head Trainer to join our Fonthill Team. The F45 Fonthill Head Coach plays a vital role within the team, to coach classes, manage a team of personal trainers, and deliver the F45 Experience to the community. You will also be working closely with the Studio Manager to foster and retain current members and welcome new members.

We are looking for someone who can inspire staff and members of the F45 community and be truly invested in helping every member reach their goals. Our studio provides an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome.

This role require you to be available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hiring, training, managing and scheduling part-time studio staff and monitoring their performance
- Coach between 20-25 classes per week
- Manage all member requests
- Help execute events and initiatives both at the studio and in the community
- Plan and execute all 45 Day Challenges
- Lead member retention and growth initiatives and member outreach
- Monitor studio KPI’s as set out by the management team
- Help convert new leads to members through different marketing efforts in collaboration with the studio General Manager; follow up with trail members
- Follow defined sales process and reporting via CRM and sales systems
- Complete pre-exercise screenings for new members, and regularly checking in with members to ensure they are on track with their health and fitness goals
- Maintaining daily cleanliness standards at the facility

**Experience & Skills**:

- 2+ years of Personal Training Experience
- Studio management/operations management experience is a bonus
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
