ABOUT THIS ROLE
An ideal fit for this role will have background in both land use planning and project design development. Project manager foresight to be able to anticipate next steps and meet project timelines. Experience in understanding the housing and development market is a good background. If you are interested in being a development manager, this role can prepare you for it and take you there. A good fit for this role would be someone who is not afraid to try something new and figure it out, in both an individual and team setting.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, file, maintain records of project progress
- Meet with consultants to provide direction on next steps and deadlines
- Help problem solve issue that arise with projects
- Tender and approve all project consultants including but not limited to: architect, planner, civil, landscape, land surveyor, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical, electrical, envelope engineers.
- Schedule Meetings, phone, calls, site visits, create agendas for all meetings. Participate in meetings, with insight on project and goals for the call.
- Facilitate communication between site personnel and office staff
- Be able to manage different priority tasks easily through out the day and week. Understand what needs to be completed first
- Assist in overall project development coordination
- Track and report project progress and escalate potential delay risks
- Have a positive attitude towards problem solving and learning
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
