The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering project management best practices and achieving expected levels of customer satisfaction and performance for our clients; while promoting an atmosphere of teamwork and positive service attitudes with all employees internally, including Project Management employees from other lines of business and regions.
- Oversee projects from design through completion of implementation
- Prepare work estimates and timelines for the various tasks involved in a project
- Establish project plans in cooperation with client managers, stakeholders, and clients
- Monitor the progress of project work by means of weekly status meetings and project status reports
- Manage a project team that includes people leaders as well as more junior level resources
- Proactively manage project budget and detailed schedule with the ability to effectively update and track progress, accurately account for time and costs and examine project costs each month with respect to the budget
- Identify issues, problems and changes in project scope and facilitate resolutions
- Prepare work status summaries on an established schedule and present them to internal and client management
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Assists with special projects and other tasks, as required
