Description du poste:

- Effectuer diverses tâches comptables, notamment la saisie de données, les rapprochements de comptes et la tenue de registres.
- Traiter et rapprocher les factures, les reçus et autres documents financiers.
- Aider à la préparation des des rapports.
- Assurer le respect des politiques et des procédures comptables.
- Maintenir des registres financiers précis et à jour.

Exigences:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent; certains cours de collège en comptabilité ou en finance sont préférables.
- Expérience avérée en tant que Commis Comptable ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Excellentes compétences en informatique, y compris une maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft Office, QuickBooks étant préférable mais pas obligatoire.
- Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
- Attention aux détails et précision.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.

**Job Description**:

- Perform various accounting duties, including data entry, account reconciliations, and record-keeping.
- Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting or finance preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
