Producer

HB Studios is a driving force in the creation of sports video games and the studio behind PGA TOUR 2K Golf - presently working on Console and PC. We have an opportunity for a **Producer **to join our team of developers, creators, and fans, who are passionate about the art and process involved in video game development.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the design process to help ensure the features effectively support the product pillars and vision.
- Direct development and work towards that ensure game features and functionality support the business strategy and product vision.
- Lead product development cycle tasks and own one or multiple areas of specialization.
- Provide input to and track production schedule and budget to ensure performance goals are met and accounted for.
- Coordinate resources throughout the organization and collaborate with internal and external peers to ensure the accurate flow of information.
- Influence all processes, methods, and tools that optimize team performance, including project documentation and testing.
- Develop and enhance all work relationships, including publishers, external partners, contractors, and licensors.
- Review and evaluate designs for acquisition, product concepts and competitive products.
- Assist in the management, tracking, and approvals of licensed assets.
- Mentor less experienced members of the team.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Typically a minimum of 4 to 6+ years of experience in production.
- Extensive knowledge of the game development life cycle, theory, and technology.
- Solid understanding of multimedia, software, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Excel).
- A reliable great teammate with the ability to work independently.
- An effective communicator in both verbally and written forms.
- A diligent person with flexibility and effective problem-solving skills.
- Possess work ethic, flexibility and dedication to excellence.
