**Kronos/UKG Analyst**

Job summary

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Five or more years of experience working with UKG software, preferably in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro (formerly called Dimensions)
- Two years of experience with Kronos/UKG configuration of pay policies, schedules, reports, integration support, and other system configuration for the U.S. and Canada
- In-depth knowledge and ability to analyze, develop and implement complex Kronos pay rules, security, advanced scheduler, workforce attendance, and calculated accrual configurations using best practices
- Experience working with configuration standards and following established company processes (i.e. product migration processes)
- Understanding of technical and functional aspects of timekeeping systems
- Ability to work hours based upon business needs and projects

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide timely support to end users in branch locations as well as corporate support staff such as Payroll and HR, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Perform testing for system upgrades and enhancements
- Maintain and troubleshoot Kronos InTouch and DX model devices in Kronos Device Manager
- Understand data flow to/from other systems and work with other teams to help resolve data integration issues
- Support of all Kronos modules implemented, including Advanced Scheduler and Timekeeper
- Maintain documentation of system configuration and administrative changes
- Assist in process improvement
- Create dataviews/reports and hyperfind queries
- Assist in audits/projects as needed

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
