Administrative Support Role
Madera Forest Products Inc. is a locally owned and operated lumber company, remanufacturing lumber products. With multiple loads of lumber being shipped in and out every day we are looking for detail-oriented admin support to help keep all these details in order. We are a new company in Acheson, Alberta, located conveniently between west Edmonton and Spruce Grove. This position will be 9am-3pm to start, Monday through Friday. It is an in office job not a work from home position. This role will include many different tasks as an admin role typically does but here area few.
- Payroll Data entry
- Vacation Scheduling
- Filing
- Matching invoices & order details
- Freight Recs
- Ordering supplies
- Phones and greeting guests
- Mail
- Scheduling and tracking ticket certifications
Details:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 3 pm, hours could increase
- $25 an hour to start
- Benefits after 3 months
- We take a week break over Christmas holidays
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
