**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to any inquiries across all social media platforms.
- Filming, editing, and uploading engaging new videos on Tiktok.
- Design and create content for our social media channels, adhering to our brand guidelines.
- Generate SEO content for our news and updates and blogs.
- Monitor the YouTube Channel, including uploading videos, transcribing content, and ensuring the channel is optimized.
- Create weekly t-shirt printing designs.
- Oversee all the administrative tasks within the marketing department, such as managing our weekly specials and product reviews.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Creative, organized, detailed-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or has at least 1-2 years of professional marketing experience.
- Proficient in executing organic marketing strategies that align with brand values, purpose and tone
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Familiar with Canva, and a plus if you have experience in video editing.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Must be comfortable being in front of the camera for TikTok content (required)

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
