**ABOUT US**:

**ROLE**:
Manage regular and/or commercial and/or project accounts and sell Hardwood Flooring products to a specific customer category for the Organization’s Brands. Develop and maintain the customer base and establish high-level relationship with their accounts. Provide complete order fulfillment service to ensure objectives are met while exceeding customer expectations.

This position is part of a succession path aiming to develop and fill a more advance role as opportunity arise aiming sales supervisory level supported by efficiency and leadership attributes.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Manage group of accounts per company policies and expectations

Responsible for order fulfillment service with respect to order entry while supporting production planning, inventory management, shipping, invoicing, and handling customer complaints, to ensure customers’ needs are met in terms of quality, service, and on-time delivery.

Provide customers with price, availability, and delivery date.

Make follow-up calls to turn inquiries into orders to meet sales objectives.

Maintain strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction through regular efficient communication.

Provide superior customer service with “going the extra mile” philosophy.

Support Manager with Excel working documents, data to update management tools, price list/stock list and ensure distribution to our distributors of required documents.

Develop and sell programs to their accounts and ensure upmost information accuracy.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Degree/Diploma in Sales/Customer Service or relevant field

5-7 years’ experience in Sales/Customer Service including 2 years in a leadership role.

Accurate and Attentive to Detail

Dependable/Reliable/Adaptable with excellent Judgement

Professionalism, highly productive, ability to learn quickly.

Analytical, Computer/Microsoft proficient

High Initiative and Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Bilingual-French spoken and written an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
