**Job Summary**:

**Top 5 Accountabilities**:
Accounting
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions to maintain financial records.

Cash Management
- Optimize working capital and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Financial Reporting
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Internal Controls
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvements.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements to enhance profitability.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Completion of post secondary education in finance, accounting or related field
- Professional designation, or significant progress towards achieving
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Controller role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with Global Shop, Zoho One and Payworks would be beneficial

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
