Key activities within this intermediate level role include root cause analysis of Quality Incidents (QIs), internal auditing, developing & executing training, and leadership of continuous improvement projects. This role will serve as a first point of contact for internal functional partners on CSC Quality related processes and tools. To be effective in this role, you will build and cultivate strong relationships & act collaboratively with global process leaders, customer service representatives (CSRs), regional leaders, and with functional partners across the entire supply chain team.

**Job Summary**
- Perform root cause analysis utilizing RCA Tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Apollo)
- Develop and/or monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to identify performance trends and high priority actions
- Perform internal audits against Order Entry Golden Rules standards and provide defect feedback to employees & leaders
- Perform new contract audits against standards and provide defect feedback to employees/leaders
- Develop and maintain compliant process documentation in partnership with Global Process Leaders
- Support Financial audit documentation requests
- Lead Global Quality Framework improvement projects or programs
- Serve as a CSC Excellence Academy Trainer for a combination of New Hire Onboarding & Skill Set/Refresher training modules
- Drive digitization projects relative to performance measurement & training content
- Deliver presentations as part of Quality Management Review, Document Management Council, or other business operations reviews
- Utilize the Quality Flash Report tool to elevate CSC Quality Culture
- Develops and presents Safety & Diversity topics as part of meeting agendas

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preference for Business or Supply Chain)
- 2+ years of Quality/Continuous Improvement/Customer Service/ or Supply Chain experience
- Avid practitioner in both Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of ISO standards and auditing basics
- Proven problem-solving skills; ability to make responsible decisions in complex situations
- Demonstrated expertise with Root Cause Analysis Tools (i.e., 5 Why’s, Fishbone, Apollo)
- Ability to excel under pressure, multi-task and prioritize workload
- Experience in relationship building & influencing peers/partners
- Strong Presentation skills at various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated Coaching/Mentoring/Teaching/Feedback skills
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to break down complex processes into understandable chunks
- Energetic, strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Digital mindset: comfortable entering and retrieving data in a variety of software platforms and drive changes with every changing technology
- Excellent time management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced but fun work environment
- Ability to work and influence employees at other locations

- This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office
