KOHO’s Marketing team is looking for a stellar content strategist to join our growing company. This person —a top-notch writer and strategic thinker— is ready to roll up their sleeves to lead the content strategy for one of our newest products, Instant Pay.

Do you love condensing complex ideas and finding the story within them? Are you curious about how to make the financial system easier to understand? Do you love writing about products that will improve users’ lives? Perfect. This role is all about walking the tightrope between engaging writing, time management, and prioritization.

As our content strategist, you’ll work closely with our chief revenue office, our business development lead, our PR lead, and our head of growth to ensure a consistent tone of voice across all Instant Pay copy, articles, and white papers. A grammar nerd to your core, you’ll ensure all communications are up to our brand standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing interesting, engaging, and educational content across channels, from blogs, to white papers, articles, and web copy
- Helping to grow the customer base of Instant Pay by getting the word out to the world about how great it is
- Working independently, navigating ambiguity, and asking for help when needed
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Experience creating, planning, and managing multiple content campaigns at a time
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Experience with editorial copy, from opinion pieces to data-driven advertorials
- Experience writing well-researched articles
- Degree/diploma in communications, journalism or equivalent experience
- Flawless grammar is your mother tongue and you’re great at taking complex ideas and rendering them simply
- Typos? You don’t know ‘em
