Depuis près de 50 ans le site de La Pocatière, usine historique héritage de Bombardier Transport, est un acteur majeur de l'économie québécoise. L’usine produit des véhicules sur rails pour le transport de passagers et constitue un centre d'excellence en fabrication de matériel roulant en acier inoxydable.
- Relève directement de la Gestionnaire de la qualité industrielle de site_
- Gérer l’organisation des activités inspection du département Assurance Qualité en fonction des priorités établies par le responsable Qualité du site de manière à assurer la rencontre des délais, de la qualité, des coûts, le tout en collaboration avec les autres départements;_
**_Responsabilités et pouvoirs :_**
- _Assurer la gestion des opérations qualité de son secteur, respect du budget et rencontrer les échéanciers._
- _Définir la stratégie des plans de contrôle et d’inspection à utilisant les meilleurs pratiques de l’industrie._
- _Superviser les techniciens à l’élaboration du plan et des fiches de contrôle_
- _Responsable du plan de développement de son équipe_
- _Identifier les risques de non-conformités en utilisant les outils qualité FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)_
- _Diriger les équipes à l’analyse et la résolution de problème à même les outils qualité en collaboration avec l’équipe d’amélioration continue._
- _Participer activement à l’animation qualité sur le plancher de production_
- _Gestion et suivi des plans d’action suite aux non-conformités_
- _Faire un suivi régulier de l’avancement des tâches et faire les ajustements nécessaires, le cas échéant;_
- _Participer à l’établissement des objectifs de son département et s’assurer de les atteindre en effectuant l’analyse de ses indicateurs de performance clés;_
- _Observer et analyser les problèmes de soudure/montage/ procédés spéciaux et apporter des solutions permettant d’améliorer la qualité_
- _Assurer la gestion de la santé, sécurité et environnement au travail en appliquant les lois, politiques et règlements en place. Sensibiliser ses employés de façon quotidienne et rapporter au besoin toute irrégularité observée au comité SST;_
- _Identifier les besoins de formation. Planifier, organiser et effectuer un suivi des formations et évaluer le personnel de son équipe_
**_Profil recherché :_**
- _Diplôme dans un domaine technique/professionnel,DEC en génie ou Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou métallurgie_
- _L’expérience ferroviaire - un atout._
- _Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion qualité dans l’industrie manufacturière._
- _L’expérience en audit, un atout._
- _Démontre d’excellente aptitude pour le travail en équipe et la collaboration._
- _Rigueur, communication._
- _Connaissance de la norme de qualité (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI,...) et des outils de qualité._
- _Certifications inspection soudage ou ONGC, un atout_
- _Expérience dans les activités opérationnelles, dans la gestion de la documentation et la collaboration et le travail d’équipe._
- _Maitrise excellente du Français - Anglais fonctionnel_
