Ils ont à cœur le maintien de solides relations avec nos collaborateurs, ce qui signifie qu’ils répondent aux courriels et aux appels rapidement et qu’ils planifient régulièrement des rencontres avec les courtiers. Ils font également preuve d’une grande rigueur et collaborent étroitement avec les services de l’Actuariat et de l’Indemnisation.

**Vous excellez dans ce qui suit**:

- Effectuer la souscription de polices d’assurance des entreprises.
- Mener à bien l’évaluation, la documentation, la sélection, la négociation et la tarification des polices qui vous sont assignées.
- Vendre et négocier.
- Établir et maintenir une relation professionnelle avec les courtiers et les clients.
- Fournir du _coaching_ et du mentorat.
- Diriger les activités.

**Vous possédez ce qui suit**:

- Au moins dix années d’expérience en souscription.
- Au moins trois années d’expérience à un poste de direction.
- Expérience dans la gestion ou le mentorat d’une équipe.
- Titres PAA, FPAA ou RPLU (Souscripteur agréé en Responsabilité civile professionnelle) obtenus ou en voie d’obtention.
- Expérience notable en service à la clientèle.
