As part of the Kingspan Group, Vicwest has an ambitious sustainability program revolving around the impact of building materials on the environment.

**Position Summary**:
As a key member of the operations team at the Stratford branch, you will be required to to effectively prioritize, plan and schedule order picking activities, work order priorities and manpower requirements to effectively meet customer delivery deadlines.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**1.** **Warehouse Planning, Scheduling & Workbooking**

2. **Inventory Activities and Adjustments**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Plan and stage customer orders to meet delivery deadlines. This includes, setting up orders in the system; printing orders/dashboards; splitting orders; printing and attaching labels and ensuring material is available before release and the filing of customer orders
- Maintain the integrity of all orders, material, crates, dates, packing and/or any other changes required to ensure the smooth transition of orders to the shop floor
- Communicates frequently with Supervisor to stay informed about issues that may impact work order completion dates
- Works with Customer Service and Supply Chain on inquiries regarding order fulfillment
- Monitor and troubleshoot Product Replacement and Postprocess Faulty Goods Movement Errors for all orders and clear them daily to maintain inventory integrity and remove errors that cause delays in Post Goods Issues with loads.
- Manual confirmation of orders that do not auto-confirm
- Develops and issues a variety of reports
- Contributes to continuous improvement program by participating as team member on project assignments.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or (GED)
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task, handle timelines, and close attention to details.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office.
- _Previous planning/scheduling experience preferred_
- _Experience with building materials, or within the construction industry is considered an asset._
- _Working knowledge and experience with SAP is considered an asset._
