SCORES ST. LAURENT looking for SERVICE BAR & TAKE-OUT COUNTER CLERK:

- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the establishment
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Assist with food service duties as needed
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or orders
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Proficiency in using a POS system for transactions and order processing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Willingness to help others and go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
