**Duties**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the floor and ensure smooth functioning**:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of floor staff**:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members**:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock department for replenishment**:
- Ensure that the floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained**:
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues**:
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards**:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment**
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred**:
- Strong organizational and skills**:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills**:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively**:
- Time management skills to ensure efficient use of resources**
