**Job Description**:
ADGA Group Consultants Inc. is hiring a Technical Advisor - Construction Project Security to support construction of secure/classified environments
- Manage security risk mitigation strategies including technologies, building design and urban planning.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Determine needed resources from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **ten (10) years** of experience in Construction Project Security procedures and processes within the Government of Canada environment.
- Experience managing projects within Government of Canada environment.
- Experience in the project security environment (Example: various Government levels or Institutions).
- Experience with risk management frameworks and processes.
- Experience with security risk mitigation strategies including technologies, building design and urban planning.
- Experience/knowledge of documentation to ITSG-1 IA, ITSG-33 and CSSS- 100 V2.
- Experience dealing with other Consultants who specialize in construction, security, engineering and highly complex infrastructure.
- Accredited professional certifications
- PSP, CPP and PMP
- Bilingualism is an asset

Additional Information
- ** Must be eligible to obtain Federal Government Security Clearance**
- ** Must be a Canadian citizen and a resident in Canada for at least the past 10 years**
- ** Copies of Degrees and Certifications will be required**
