**The Sales Consultant is responsible for**:

- Evaluating client’s needs and promoting products
- Drafting and presenting proposals to clients
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Following up on open proposals and expediting orders
- Receiving requests and responding to inquiries from clients
- Building and maintaining client relationships

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales position, with windows, doors, siding sales experience being a great asset
- Strong capabilities in various Sales tactics - such as in negotiating and closing deals
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent problem solving and communications skills
- Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM based systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented individual with effective time management skills

- Be able to accommodate a flexible schedule.
- Be willing to travel throughout assigned sales territory.

- Possess strong computer skills and be at ease with the use of technology.
- Have the ability to easily learn and adapt.
- Industry knowledge of Windows and Doors, Siding is an asset.

**Compensation range**

$60,000-$100,000+/annually
