**Responsibilities**:
CH&E Coordinator, Bilingual Implementation & Integration Specialist will be responsible for supporting multi-sector participants in integrating the PreVenture program into existing mental health and/or substance use services in community agencies using Implementation Science and Quality Improvement methodologies. The CH&E Coordinator will provide direct support, coaching, and problem-solving with YWHO sites, agencies and school boards implementing the PreVenture program at the local level, specifically supporting French school boards and community agencies across the province. You will work closely with Francophone populations and collaboration with Francophone organizations and other agencies providing services to the Francophone community. You will be responsible for program outreach support, ongoing support and problem solving with agency staff on service integration and program evaluation. This will require regular collaboration, convening and engagement with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including service provider partners and educators as well as youth and families. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring implementation plans, trackers, and reports, as well as the facilitation of provincial Community of Practice meetings with support from the Prevention Manager. You will be required to gather, consolidate and address feedback, concerns, questions, and requests for support from PreVenture partners and agency staff in an ongoing and responsive manner. You will work to understand stakeholder needs through the development and maintenance of supportive relationships with implementation partners. You will create and/or and support the creation (and translation of) tailored resources to facilitate development, planning and implementation at the local community level. These resources will include support for operational and communication needs, as well as the implementation of PreVenture in diverse community contexts. In your role, you will lead the process of onboarding agencies to implement PreVenture with fidelity to meet program deliverables. You will leverage your strong understanding of the clinical research, anti-racism/anti-oppression and the principles of health equity to support implementation of PreVenture that meets the needs of diverse youth.

**Responsabilités**

La coordonnatrice ou le coordonnateur de la santé et de la sensibilisation communautaires, spécialiste bilingue de la mise en œuvre et de l’intégration, sera chargé.e d’aider les intervenants de divers secteurs à intégrer le programme PréVenture à la gamme de services de santé mentale ou de lutte contre les dépendances offerts par des organismes communautaires. Pour ce faire, elle ou il s’appuiera sur les méthodes de la science de la mise en œuvre et de l’amélioration de la qualité. Elle ou il fournira un soutien direct et un encadrement aux différents CBEJO, organismes et conseils scolaires offrant les ateliers PréVenture à l’échelle locale, plus particulièrement les conseils scolaires et les organismes communautaires francophones de la province, et les aidera à résoudre les problèmes qui se posent.
