Opportunity for General Internist to provide short or long term locum coverage for internal medicine and inpatient services at CMH. This includes:
- daily visits for all inpatients and subsequent visits on the same day with documentation as clinically required i.e. admission histories, treatment plans, orders, discharge planning, consults, etc.;
- services normally provided by a General Internal Medicine providing services at CMH
- available for follow-up and responding to calls about specific patients 24/7 as required;
Ideally, locums would come for a week at a time but willing to consider any availability.
**This job posting is for a position covered by the Provincial Health Officer’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination order and selected applicant(s) must comply with the requirements of the order.
