Overview:
**Purpose**:
The Key Account Manager-On Premise Contract is responsible for the delivery of business goals by leading the development of annual plans for key accounts within the on-premise environment; working collaboratively with the Senior On-Premise Key Account Manager, Sales Team, Trade Development, Finance and Suppliers on all promotional spending and implementing corrective business building actions as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive volume and grow business portfolio within Key Accounts, solidifying relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Assign and achieve goals by account and ensure accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to suppliers.
- Proactively engage with Senior On-Premise Key Accounts Manager to deliver on brand commercial strategy with key account customers while continuously providing feedback on program execution and effectiveness.
- Develop and lead strategic customer pitches at head office level executing commercial strategy and delivering on goals for in-store distribution and promotional activity.
- Analyze competitive activities and generate insights to create a competitive advantage.
- Promotional calendar implemented flawlessly across all locations in selected accounts.
- Provide on-going and current assessments of the results of plans by channel, key account and individual customer.
- Interface with the internal organization across all functions (Field Sales, Trade Development, Finance, Consumer Marketing and Supplier base).
- End-to-end approval of new items/innovation brands and SKUs on a timely basis.
- Manage and work simultaneously across all supplier brands and product categories (wine, beer & spirits).
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to team members as required.
- Co-lead the ongoing execution of the Sales Strategy in the business unit within the region.
- As a member of the Regional Leadership Team, contribute to the broader leadership and strategic development of the region.
- Beat the competition, deliver/exceed the annual plan and be the partner of choice for our customers.
- Maintain high levels of employee engagement and a culture that encompasses the Values of the Company.
- Build and nurture strong relationships at every level with the customer and oversee the development & maintenance of Strategic Account plans for priority customers.
- Drive engagement and utilization of selling tools and technology to maximize team performance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**Required Skills/Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experienced in Strategic Key Account Management planning and implementation
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong Project Management skills
- Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibit initiative and be proactive
- Managing complex customer relationships
- Excellent Negotiation and Persuasive Selling Skills
- Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competition is critical
- Relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc.)
- Must have fully insured and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 19 years of age

- Occasional immediate reaching, mínimal overhead reaching to perform various duties
- Occasional standing and occasional walking for short amounts of time to perform various duties
- Extended sitting for long periods of time at desk or workstation
