**Location**: This opportunity has the ability to be remotely based within Canada (except for QC), or onsite/hybrid/remote in the Vancouver, BC Lower Mainland.
- **Annual Base Salary**: $76,300 - $86,800 CAD

**Product Marketing Manager**:
Safe Software is looking for an enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager at Safe Software, your primary responsibility will be to develop creative acquisition-focused marketing strategies and campaigns to drive direct sales and utilizing your skills in analyzing consumer behavior and market trends. You will create user-friendly messaging for various events, sales collateral, engagement decks, and other materials.
Additionally, you will support the Market and Competitive Intelligence program and deliverables for all stakeholders, engage 3rd party, industry, and tech influencers to evangelize FME in the greater market. You will contribute to Account Based Marketing initiatives, creating effective selling tools for Sales, Marketing, Partners, website, and other channels. It will be essential for you to maintain regular communication and coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure that campaigns and initiatives align with the overall business strategy. Your passion for turning complex information into value-focused messaging and assets will be key to your success in this role.
**About The Team**:
The Product Marketing (PMM) Team develops strategic marketing initiatives that drive new customer growth, increase product adoption, and influence the market’s perception of Safe Software and specifically the FME Platform. The PMM Team accomplishes these goals by researching and communicating market trends, understanding customer challenges and success, developing GTM strategies, and enabling sales and others to tell our story effectively at scale.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on areas including**:
- **GoToMarket**:Researching markets and building GoToMarket plans that outline target audience personas, positioning, messaging, competition, and other intel.
- **Customer Enablement / Content Creation**:Developing and executing plans for content creation in various markets. Creating content - both technical and high level - including customer stories, blog posts, technical briefs, white papers, articles, reports, sales tools, and more.
- **Cross-Team Engagement**: Teaming up with others to drive innovation, including Marketing, Sales/Customer Engagement, Support/Customer Success, Customer Education, Channel, Product Owners, our Founders, and others, to share findings and gather ongoing intel from customers and prospects.
- **Product Launch**:Becoming an expert in our product and identifying key features in the product that will appeal to customers. Working closely with other PMM’s and Product Managers in planning new releases and coordinating the cross-functional implementation of the launch plan.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**:
- Graduate of a recognized Marketing or Communications program, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in technology marketing.
- Previous experience working with or on a B2B Sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with a real passion for delivering creative solutions that impact the business
- Proven technical marketing and business writing skills, translating complex concepts into concise language that your audience understands.
- Experienced at working closely with Sales teams for collaborative growth.

- Familiarity with cloud-based tools, IT, or GIS are an asset.
