Spares Coordinator

**TALENTED, AMBITIOUS AND READY FOR A NEW CHALLENGE?** We are currently looking for a Spares Coordinator to work in our Langley, BC office.
**Purpose of the position**:
Based on the customer requests for quotation, swiftly identify and offer the required spare parts to customers and, in addition, recognize and forward opportunities to the Service and Sales Departments for cross selling of service and/or new equipment.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Achieving customer satisfaction through swiftly and accurately creating and providing quotations to customers;
- Liaising with customers about delays of orders and other discrepancies/issues reported by Order Handlers and/or Purchasers;
- Reading and understanding technical drawings to identify spares and retrieve item codes;
- Requesting technical support if required to obtain more information and identify spares;
- Calculating sales prices from purchase prices;
- Maintaining contact with customers about quotations;
- Reporting improvement opportunities to Regional Spares Manager;
- Complying with procedures, rules and regulations in order to accomplish department and corporate mission and objectives;
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, as well as fellow employees & other offices within the organization;
- Some packing and shipping of spare parts may be required
- Takes call from Service Engineers to assist with parts required and technical assistance when needed;
- Assist Service Coordinator with customer’s spares request;
- Receiving, checking and signing inbound shipments;
- Clean driving record - need to drive company vehicle to make deliveries;
- Picking and packing of orders;
- Load and unload trucks;
- Generate picking sheet and commercial invoice;
- Inventory Control skills;
- Superior can delegate other task
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Fluent in English - written and spoken;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Work with computer based inventory and job tracking system;
- Work in fast paced environment;
**Preferred Skills**
- Strong business orientation with customer focus;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Administrative skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Positive and constructive self-starter.
**Physical Demands**
- Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is important;
- Standing or sitting for extended periods is common;
- Hearing and vision within normal ranges is important to conversations;
- Exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally may be required

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
